Reduce number of IV logs #421

This PR reduces the number of IV logs in an attempt to address the pysmurf-controller memory usage leaks seen here: https://github.com/simonsobs/daq-discussions/discussions/59

@samdayweiss When you have time, can you try switching sodetlib to this branch, restarting the pysmurf-controller, and seeing if memory usage continues to increase?
