I added fortran/norm_quad.f90 and fortran/norm_general.f90 in order to unify functions (lensing/rotation/patchy tau/src) and quadratic estimator for TT with the gradient cleaning (norm_general.qtt). I think the older functions ("norm_lens"/"norm_src") still work, but removed norm_rot/norm_tau. I added example notebooks to show how to use "norm_general". Perhaps, however, we need to debug the estimator with the gradient cleaning.
