Right Click Menus Issue in Dialog Windows in High Contrast Themes #121

Using Windows 10 Pro v1511.10586.318 If you switch to any of the build in High Contrast Themes:

This is what happening in any Dialog Window when you trying to access right click context menu:

Yet it works just fine in normal MS Aero theme
