Many IDE's (i.e. Arduino) locate their libraries in somewhere in Appdata\Local....
But it's impossible to access these for creating a "Magic" folder.
This while with "Add files to Folder" it is possible to select them.
Unfortunately with "Add files to Folder" you can't add a complete folder(tree) so you have to create the entire tree manually and add all files by hand......
