Installer not signed, can hash be posted to verify download at least? #138

I got notified about the new 2.4 version (yay!), but the installer from www.pnotepad.org is not signed... installing something that's not signed feels icky nowadays.

Would it at least be possible for the SHA hash of the installer to be posted through here (a trusted channel)? Thanks!

I've added a hash to the download page, and also updated the release instructions to include updating this.
