textutil 0.1.0.0 does not seem to work with PN 2.4.2.1440 #144

The add-on textutil ver 0.1.0.0 does not seem to work with PN 2.4.2.1440

In previous version, I would do like this to install this add-on:

  1. Copy textutil.dll into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Programmer's Notepad"
  2. Edit "config.xml" so that it contains inside element

Is this still valid? How to make this add-on work?
