Clean-up thirdparty libs in git repo #168

Hi Simon, have you considered a posibilty of cleaning-up precompiled 3rd party libs in git repo? Namely boost/python stuff.

Think it would be more practical to store them separately for a number of reasons 1) git itself is scm, not binaries repo 2) going forward number of binaries will increase, consider different boost/VisualStudio/Python verstions 3) current setup is not convenient for playing with different boost/VS/Python versions
