Tools > Options > Fonts and Styles > Advanced Scheme: JavaScript Then change the styles one by one. I don't think it will be possible to make it look exactly like GitHub because of how style formatters work but you can try.

When done can you can get the style file from %appdata%\Echo Software\PN2. It's in binary format so modifying it by hand is out of the question.
