Request: Show filename in the program window title first #179

Hello

One of the biggest issues I've been having for years is the fact that when I have a lot of instances/windows of PN opened and minimized on the taskbar, it's difficult to distinguish what is what because by default the first is always the program name while the filename gets truncated as the name of the program is usually long enough so that it never shows the filename.

An option to switch this around, instead of PROGRAM NAME - FILENAME to FILENAME - PROGRAM NAME

I tried reporting this many months ago, I think via email.

I had the same issue. Been loving pnote for the longest time but today I'm switching to notepad++ for that exact reason. I have a dozen text files open and all I see are "Program...". I'm tired and frustrated of clicking on a bunch of them to finally find the right one. I looked all over the options and googled it but couldn't find anything. I guess it's time to put that old dog to sleep.
