Just an FYI: This program is now available via WinGet: winget install SimonSteele.ProgrammersNotepad
I've set this to install the portable version at present. If others have thoughts please feel free to submit PRs updating the manifest / adding alternative manifists. Or we can discuss here & I can implement agreed changes as required.
