Auto Update module.json

Create workflow so that tar.gz file is generated and module.json is updated when creating a new release.

You need to create two environment variables and give workflow permission to edit the repository.

• vars.EMAIL_COMMIT -> email for the commit that updates module.json
• secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN -> token to which the generated file is added.
