One-to-many association both for numbers and users is possible in the SMS subsystem. It would be nice to allow it in this module. How?

Move user assignment into Userman? Then the assignments in the SMS Connector module are only used for adding DIDs and their providers.
Allow multiple user selection in the SMS Connector module?
