Sleep doesn't turn of Raspberry Pi #20

Using "sleep" doesn't turn of the Raspberry Pi (in this case a 3). Not sure if it's fixable or not, if not we should at least document it.

This is apparently how a Raspberry Pi works, didn't know that :P So not much we can do to fix it.
