As prep work for being able to updated the system using A/B partition the user's data needs to be on a different partition for that to work, so we should add a separate home partition.
This partition should probably auto-expand on Raspberry Pi, but can be a fixed size on norns (the system partitions need to be a fixed size on all devices).
