The whisper mode should work for Spanish videos already, like how it works for Russian in this demo: #3

Extracting captions could work for Spanish though - you would need to change the code for that here: https://github.com/simonw/action-transcription-demo/blob/b526b3ca82d289c1397267a4bb56c5633b507402/.github/workflows/issue_created.yml#L86-L95
