fix to work with new fastai create_cnn #3

ConvLearner changed to create_cnn and there was a small error in how predictions rendered. This pull request should allow everything to work as before.

Hi @nissan, I think you didn't mean to bring b5966bccfe11de9e948c4e1743478d22e43259d6 to this PR :) I've also opened a PR yesterday to fix the errors you mentioned: #2

@nissan I think with latest version it is cnn_learner, I just tried it
