Much better idea: use the latest LA Times data with the detailed data dictionary in their README to demonstrate the new column metadata feature added in Datasette 0.59 - https://github.com/simonw/datasette/issues/942

I'm going to use a separate la-times.db database for this since they now have 43 tables.

Getting "Service unavailable" error from https://covid-19.datasettes.com/la-times/cdph-adult-and-senior-care-facilities so I have bumped RAM up to 4Gi to see if that fixes it.
