Rename this to datasette-edit-schema #20

The problem with the name datasette-edit-tables is that it could mislead people into thinking that this plugin allows them to edit the actual row data stored in a table - as opposed to just letting you modify the column types, rename columns etc.

Done: https://pypi.org/project/datasette-edit-tables/ now redirects to https://pypi.org/project/datasette-edit-schema/ (I used https://github.com/simonw/pypi-rename)
