Add several sqlite extension datasette plugins #142

Adding all of my SQLite extensions that are also Datasette plugins.

The README's for the pypi packages aren't great, but I can update them when I see how they look rendered on datasette.io

Also added in https://github.com/simonw/pypi-datasette-packages/pull/2 !

Hey @simonw , just a friendly ping on this PR! I want to link people to https://datasette.io/plugins/datasette-sqlite-vss (and other plugins), lmk if anything else is needed besides this
