Mechanism for showing compatibility with Datasette Desktop #73

Some plugins like datasette-publish-vercel or dogsheep-beta don't currently make sense with Datasette Desktop.

A way to mark these would be useful as it could then be taken advantage of by the new plugin directory in https://github.com/simonw/datasette-app/issues/74

I'm going to use an allow-list for this - another YAML file similar to https://github.com/simonw/datasette.io/blob/main/plugin_repos.yml

I'll call it datasette_desktop_plugin_repos.yml

I can include a "works with Datasette Desktop" promotional link on the plugin pages to help promote the app.
