500 errors with Datasette 1.0 alpha #12

https://latest-with-plugins.datasette.io/github returns 500 saying '_internal'.

So I don't think this is a datasette-export-notebook bug after all. I think it's some other plugin.

Closing this, will open an issue over there instead.
