Add a map #13

The site deserves a map.

There's a secret one at https://www.niche-museums.com/browse/museums but I want an appropriately styled one at /map that's linked from the navigation.

Depends on https://github.com/simonw/datasette/issues/648

Implemented in 1168b950068ff4652a425647e007219cf1664bbc and b262a92df491833fb35c6350e34368e46dbb69bd - I decided not to block this on waiting for the Datasette feature.
