Add the Pacific Pinball Museum #19

This PR adds the Pacific Pinball Museum in Alameda.

I wasn't sure how to get the image into your imgix, so I just used the one from wikipedia.

I'm also not entirely sure how to test this, but I might poke at getting all the dependencies installed later.
