I'm going to download the SQLite database from a URL that's hidden in a repository Actions secret

The Vercel project I'm deploying to already has a secret setup for SFMS_PASSWORD_HASH.

This works - https://sfms-history.vercel.app/ has deployed with the updated metadata.yml.
