Don't apply curly quotes to HTML examples

Just ran into this with blogmarks:

I'd like to support actual Markdown style inline code syntax, but that's a bit hard to figure out right now.

Instead I'm going to teach my curly quote code to ignore anything that sits inside an HTML tag.
