about cocoaPods #19

Hi,It's a cool tool!,Thanks a lot. I read your blog, and I wan't to use a .gitattributes file to solve the problem, but I'm worried about that if I use cocoaPods to add lib . Is there any issue in my project ?

I have used CocoaPods + mergepbx for more than a year and it has not created any problems.
