For both problems and solvers, the "create design" button never changes its text, even when it would make sense for it to say something else.
Describe the solution you'd like
The button should say something along the lines of "update solver" when editing a problem or solver that has already been added, and it should say something like "add [problem/solver]" instead of "create design" when no factors are selected to be datafarmed.
