Support for GitLab-style math blocks #166

It would be more useful if GitLab-style math blocks are supported.

Inline math: $`a + b = c`$ display math:

```math
a + b = c


They are supported in [Markdown Preview Plus](https://github.com/volca/markdown-preview) extension.
