How do I enable a content option like autoreload? #97

It says in the content options section that autoreload is disabled by default. How do I enable it? I can't find any option on the Mardown Viewer settings page.

It's inside the popup when you click on the extension's icon, there are three tabs there: theme, compiler and content - autoreload is in content.
