Update all controls to use the `input` vs `attribute` given we are now based on InSpec 4.x #102

Given commit https://github.com/simp/inspec-profile-disa_stig-el7/commit/b9731f7f50bf91e98aaf88301a415d9e8f566259 we should have also updated the function to use the new input keyword rather than attribute to keep consistanct with the new 4.x convention.
