Update inspec.yml #134

while https://github.com/inspec/inspec/issues/4799 is being resolved on the thor side - to enable a use case such as 

inspec exec git://github.com/simp/inspec-profile-disa_stig-el7.git -t ssh://vagrant@127.0.0.1:2222 -i $SSH_KEY --reporter cli json:test1.json --input disable_slow_controls=true
Input 'disable_slow_controls' with value 'true' does not validate to type 'Boolean'.

We should mute type checking in the inspec.yml
