(SIMP-10203) Fix SSL recovery documentation

• Correct SSL recovery documentation
• Convert all instances of 'puppet master' to 'puppet server'
• Correct a few links

There are other instances of master in the documentation that need to be converted. Can be addressed by a follow-on ticket, as long as the changelog entry and commit log for this commit is updated appropriately.
