prerelease RPMs do not include full tag name #461

ex: simp-doc-6.6.0-Alpha.el8.noarch.rpm instead of simp-doc-6.6.0-Alpha4-1.el8.noarch.rpm

Thought: review tag regex in workflow. Maybe I just used the wrong format (too strict?)
