Tagging version before starting SOW3 #256

FCs are currently calculated on the fly and not stored.
A major change is planned in summer 2023 where FC will be archived in
mth5.
At the last main commit all main/master branches of
aurora/mt_metadata/mth5 passed tests.

Depending on the maturity of the FC code in fall 2023,
we can use this tag as a placeholder for PyPI/Conda-Forge release
if needed.
