Myst intersphinx links are broken #25

The way we are linking to APIs from user-tutorials is now broken. E.g.: [simpeg.electromagnetics.static.resistivity](myst:simpeg#simpeg.electromagnetics.static.resistivity). These links no longer work. What was changed to cause this bug?

I think the issue is related to when we started to deploy SimPEG API documentation for each inversion. The URL docs.simpeg.xyz no longer exists. So I changed the SimPEG reference list URL to docs.simpeg.xyz/latest.

Since gh-pages auto-builds, this issues looks now to be fixed.
