Adding "Apps"-Key to Keyboard-Outputs #36

i have one minor request regarding Touchmote:

could you please add the "Apps"-Key (which is this one: http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lhi7sbsyLo1qzh269.png) to the possible keyboard outputs?

i added this myself and made a pull request for the change.
