Update the introductory documentation #223

Change description on the welcome page.
Add Quickstart tutorial
Update installation page
Remove "Fundamentals concepts" section.
Remove "General architecture" section.
Remove terminology from overview.
Minor changes to the overview.

@pablo-de-andres the quickstart and installation pages can be reviewed. However, the overview likely needs an update. Therefore I am not formally requesting a review, but if you want to start having a look you can do so.
