Import openfoam key for successful apt update. Upgrade simphony-mayavi to 0.4.4. #101

Fixes possible problem with apt-get update not working and returning a confusing error. Adding the key seems to work. Addresses bug https://bugs.openfoam.org/view.php?id=2469
