Merges the changes done for the docker images, plus updates the overall structure #78

The docker build process is similar, but deviated from the framework package. It is my intention to remove the duplication and use a checkout of simphony-framework to build the simphony docker images.

This PR ports the changes back into the repo, fixes some dependencies and simplifies the travis
