Fix docs (read-the-docs etc..) #95

Fixes #92 and also removes a warning from the building of the documentation

@nathanfranklin if you have problems with readthedocs you might need to mock some of the depedencies. have a look at https://github.com/simphony/simphony-paraview/blob/master/doc/source/conf.py#L8 and https://github.com/simphony/simphony-mayavi/blob/master/doc/source/conf.py#L8.
