This PR adds support for coping the node data information onto the Mayavi source.

In more detail:

The LatticeSource now will extract the scalar and vector data attached to the nodes and copy them in the mayavi source.
The CUDSDataAccumulator have been extended to support loading vector data onto vtkFieldData objects.
Tests have been augmented.
