Add CUDS definition. See simphony/simphony-common/issues/375

Ok, this will add an automatically generated CUDS class, with no properties . What is its purpose? Why do you need it in the metadata? The linked issue explains nothing.

I am merging this one, but please refer to simphony-common and add a PR to sync against the updated metadata.
