Update bundled ontology versions and requirements.
Remove no longer used keys from bundled ontology files.
Bundle emmo-datamodel.yml ontology file.
Bundle prov.yml ontology file.
Remove active and default relationships.
Remove reference by label keword.
Pico usable as a Python module.
Dependency resolution for pico, automatic installation of bundled dependencies.
Facelift for pico code.
Tests for pico.
