Get latest version from apt #35

@kitchoi while this PR is green is does not really fix issue #34 (it took several rebuilds to make it green). It looks that error is due to an intermittent failure which requires more investigation.

@itziakos I just triggered the ci test again to make sure. Should be good to merge.
