Businesshours footer #1065

As an admin, i want to display the business hours of warehouse in footer #799. I have updated the files: src/Modules/SimplCommerce.Module.Core/wwwroot/site.css, src/SimplCommerce.WebHost/Views/Shared/_Layout.cshtml
