The simple_grid_puppet_env defines a CreamCE role and relevant profiles for installing docker/git on nodes that will deploy cream compute element containers. One of these profiles will refer to the cream_ce class defined in this puppet module. The task of the puppet class is to

Fetch the wlcg_lightweight_site_cream_ce repo
Parse the site-level-configuration-file
Run the pre-configuration script
