Copy host certificates, where needed, in pre-deploy stage.
On LC node, the certificate should be present inside /etc/simple_grid/host-certificates. Before executing a container in deploy stage, the certificates will be copied inside the component repository directory under the host_certificates sub-directory created by the framework.
