"Android System" Battery Drain on Android 7.0+ #339

Noticed that CPU Usage time is high when Simple Lastfm Scrobbler for "Android System" under battery stats, bringing my battery life to 2-3 hours of screen on time day to day. After RMAing my phone (Nexus 6P) for other battery issues, I started installing apps one at a time, trying to track down which app could have been the issue. Without the Scrobbler installed, Android System is at the bottom of my battery usage list, however as soon as I installed it again on my new phone, it rocketed to the top of the list, draining my battery again. I can provide any other info necessary.

Two days later after having uninstalling, my Android System bug reappeared. At this point I'm unsure if Simple Lastfm Scrobbler contributed to Android System's usage at all or if it was something else entirely. Apologies.
