Describe the bug
Before updating to v.4.46.0 I was able to receive emails on my selfhosted server. After updating to v.4.46.0 can't receive anymore emails and I didn't change anything in the config. On the sl-email it doesn't appear that emails are being sent
Expected behavior
To emails don't be marked as spam and redirected to the setup mailbox in the web interface

I've tried recreating all the docker containers and doing again all the config
My selfhosted question was posted on #2146 but since I'm getting this issue after updating to the latest version I don't think it has nothing to do with my config (before was working without any problems)
