Archive aliases in lieu of deleting them

This seems like a feature-request requested earlier [1][2]. Would it be possible to archive an alias (soft-delete it) rather than deleting the alias?

I refrain from using SimpleLogin on websites with a valid subscription of the lack of this feature.
